Unable to redeem VIB birthday gift

I am trying to redeem my VIB birthday gift, the Hourglass set and am unable to check out when I add it to my cart and receive the error "Sorry, an unexpected error happened during your basket validation. The following message(s) is the part of the error: The order contains item (2332716) with invalid price. Please review your merchandises in the basket and try to submit order again", could you please help me with this? I had other items in my cart as well in order to redeem the birthday gift.
