Unable to leave reviews

I've received a 'Submission Error' message for the last 2 reviews I tried to submit on Sephora.  My reviews are very detailed and do not violate the terms so I'd like to know what's going on because my friends have no issues posting reviews.  I also never had issues until recently. Can you please check to see what's going on?

@SherryS90 I'm sorry to hear about this! Can you please reply with the brand/product names you are attempting to review? Are you seeing this error on both app and desktop? Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling? On desktop, have you tried clearing your cookies/cache and using an Incognito window?

Thanks for the reply!  I tried to review the Maed Reset Hydrating Line-Smoothing Lip Serum and the Patrick Ta Major Glow Creme & Powder Light Reflecting Translucent Highlighter.

I didn't use the app, but I tried to leave my reviews using the desktop site.  I'm using Google Chrome and I cleared out all the cookies and cache, and tried Incognito mode, but am still encountering the "Submission Error" message.

@SherryS90 Thank you for your response! Can you please try submitting your reviews on the mobile app as well to see if you're seeing the error message? If the issue persists, please also provide us with the date you attempted to submit these reviews.

Thank you, I was able to post on the app without getting the "Submission Error" message!  If there is anything else that I can do to fix the browser issue, please let me know.  I've tried Safari and Chrome (cleared the cache, tried Incognito), but the issue persists. 

For reference, I tried to submit Maed on 8/4 and Patrick Ta on 8/8.
