Two Beauty Insider Accounts

Hi,

 

I think I have two separate beauty insider accounts because when I log on to my account I show a certain number of points but when I purchased something on Wednesday they told me a way different amount of points than what I see online. Additionally, my purchase from Wednesday 05/16/18 isn't showing up on my online account and I'd really like to get those points. I have a BI card that i thought was linked to my online account but I guess it's not. 

 

Can anyone please help with this?
