Trying to leave a review for BondiBoost Thickening Therapy

I agree to participate in leaving a review for this product after trying it, however, I've been unable to figure out how to go about leaving a review. I tried and it stops me at creating a nickname. I have a Sephora account, so am I missing something?

I am ready to leave my review for the shampoo and conditioner, but can't figure out how to do it!
