Trying to cancel same day shipping

I’m trying to cancel my free One Day Shipping Unlimited trial that will be charged tomorrow but keep getting an error message stating there’s on order in progress and to try again later. I don’t have an order. When I try to contact customer chat I get a sorry we’re away message.
