Tracking shows delivered, but it is not here!

I ordered two items online, in the beginning of the week. Two days ago, I got an email that my order has shipped. Yesterday, I got an email saying that my order has arrived. I went to my front porch and nothing was there; I thought maybe the delivery man left the package by my garage. I went downstairs to look, and still nothing from Sephora. It's the first time I'm getting something delivered from FleetOptics, and I'm really not happy with their service. Going through the posts on here, this has happened to a few people. Should I be worried? Did FleetOptics mark my package as delivered by mistake? I'm not sure on what I should do. I will be calling Sephora in the morning.

Any advice would be appreciated, thank you

Inn having the same problem at first my package was just late but I got a text notification and when I checked the app it says that my package was delivered but when I checked my front door there was nothing I looked around my apartment building thinking maybe they dropped it at the wrong door but nothing I also checked outside around the building and the mailing area but nothing i asked building management if they had received a package but they also have nothing what do I do
