Tracking not working

I’ve ordered an international shipment on the 17th, and have received two e-mails that said the package was shipped. Yet when I click the tracking number link, there is no estimate arrival date or any tracking info, and the following message shows, “Tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the Borderfree facility. Please check back soon!”.

I’m worried there is a problem with the shipment! Can anyone help me??
