Timetosave not working!!!

Have been trying since yesterday, timetosave is not working. I get an error message saying it hasn’t started yet. Anyone else?

Mine is not working either. Yesterday or today. I keep getting an automated response saying “Sorry, the promotion you have entered has not yet started”.

Edit: I think I’m not rouge status and that’s why it isn’t working?
