TIMETOSAVE at kohl’s??

My kohl’s and Sephora VIB accounts are linked. However whenever I try to use the TIMETOSAVE coupon at Kohl’s online it tells me it’s only for members… I’m rouge so it shouldn’t be an issue and it’s not on excluded products. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm sorry for the trouble! I'd recommend contacting Kohl's Customer Service so they can look into this for you, as you will be placing the order directly on their website.
