@DaneeBT , quick question… back when the Sephora community was entirely web-based (2015-2017ish, I think), I had a bunch of reviews posted. (I also used to be Rouge and had a ton of points… in the thousands, I think.)

I stopped buying cosmetics during COVID and after becoming a parent, and I’m just coming back to my account now.

It looks like all of my points and reviews are gone. 😞 Do you know if they’re recoverable?

My apologies, points expire if an account is inactive for 12 months or longer, and we're unable to view point balances from that far back. I'm sorry for any disappointment this may cause. 

Regarding product reviews, at this time, reviews can only be viewed on the individual product pages. We hope to bring the Ratings & Reviews summary page on Community profiles back in the near future. Thank you!
