Tatcha Routine Refresher rewards set point issue

So I recently redeemed the Tatcha Routine Refresher set at the Toronto Eaton Center Sephora. At the cashier register, there was a poster saying that the reward set was 100 points and it was confirmed by the cashier lady. However, I realized that I was charged 300 points for the set and that's how it appears in my purchase history. Is it possible let to get my 200 points back? I already opened it so I can't return it. Did anyone else experience this problem? Please help lol.
