Taking too many sick days but have medical accommodations

I have been able to have open and honest conversations with my team about my medical history and mental health and have filled out forms for work with my doctor so I may be accommodated. However, I still worry as my medical issue seems to be really bad lately and I am missing many of my shifts due to it. I worry that in future I may not be able to be apart of Sephora because of my health. Also, I'm not sure if there is any way to be apart of Sephora and apply for an online job and be a live beauty helper or something if I can't be there in person at a store? I've looked up remote jobs at sephora and cannot find any.
