I cannot log into my account - Can someone fix this for me?

@Haizyraine I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble!  If you are using our app, please try deleting and reinstalling it. If you are using a mobile browser, please try clearing the cookies/cache. If these stapes do not resolve the issue, please let us know.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I was logged in today, in the middle of adding to my cart. When I refreshed, I was somehow logged out, with "TS Header is either expired or invalid" and now I cannot sign back in. Clearing cache didn't help. How do we fix this? Thanks!

I was using edge for my browser when this happened. Switched over to chrome browser and signed right away
