THIRD REPOST STOP IGNORING US SEPHORA!!!!!!!!

Here is my original post from 5 days ago which you conveniently ignored

 

 

 

Its so ridiculous that they had to be so cheap to take away a third sample... even if they did this, why not keep it at 3 samples for Rouge members??? I genuinely always chose to purchase from Sephora because its a huge incentive for me to try samples, and most of the time it leads me to purchase the full size.  I have been one for years but more and more I see there really arent that much more benefits. Also, every single online order from the past 2 years NEVERRRRR ever comes with the samples I chose. I understand them subbing one or two out when they run out, but I NEVER even get ONE of the samples I chose. They used to be listed by name too on the packing slips, but ever since they stopped that about 2 years ago they just throw in whatever random. Ive called multiple times and no one ever has an answer, not even higher up and they NEVER get back to me when promised. Shipping is horrible. Honestly I think im completely done with Sephora, the cheapness of them is such a turn off. I will be switching to Ulta unfortunately from now on, I noticed they offer WAY more samples & deals. 

 

1. WHY was this change sneakily done and NOT communicated in any shape or form to your customers?

2. WHY does it still read in the fine print on your offers page customers can chose *3* samples?

3. WHY do I NEVER receive ANY of the samples I actually choose to being with??

4. Do not BS us and say its to be "greener". You guys are being CHEAP.

 

It would be GREAT to actually get some REAL ANSWERS for once instead of your auto-mods replying with redundant "answers" that answer nothing at all. I have called so many times and been promised a response/call back and it has NEVER happened. Highly disappointed, your brand is spiriling downhill and you will lose your customer base so quickly when other stores like ulta and nordstrom are not CHEAP like you.
