Submitting A Shipping Complaint

I received my most recent order today, which was shipped by Fleet Optics.

I felt the need to write in and complain about their 'service' because it was completely incompetent and I hope that by giving Sephora feedback it may make them think twice about continuing to use this company.

Instead of delivering the package to my porch (which is covered) Fleet Optics left my Sephora purchase in my flowerbed which is not somewhere I would ever think to look for it, naturally. The only reason I even found out it was there was that a DHL courier came to my house to pick up a shipment and noticed it in the flowerbed on her way to my doorstep and grabbed it and brought it to the door. Since it has been torrentially raining all morning, the package was completely soaked and practically falling apart.

I don't know what kind of service this company is purporting to deliver, but throwing a package on the ground and calling it good is unacceptable, IMO.
