Store Credit Balance

I had this merchandise card issued to me from Sephora due to my return being an online paypal transaction. I have not used the card at all and have previously been able to check the balance with sephora stores but when I had recently tried to use it, they claim the card is inactive. The staff at Sephora informed me they weren’t sure why the card wasn’t working because if it had a 0 balance it would’ve said so. I know the amount that should be on the card and when i had made the return but i’m not sure why it’s not working when i try to use it

@chvrng I'm not able to reply to your PM, as they are not enabled on your side. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser. Can you also please confirm the date you made the return?

I have enabled my PMs, I the order I returned is from February 24 and should have been returned on February 28
