Stop odering from Sephora online - takes no responsibility for Ontrac deliveries

I've been a rouge member for years and officially will no longer be a Sephora customer. Anytime Sephora mails an online order from Ontrac, most of the time it will say it was delivered but never was. I have video evidence showing no attempt at delivery at the time they said it was delivered and sephora will not take responsibility. I'm appalled by this. Wake up - read customer complaints here around the same issue, google Ontrac reviews online (1 star with 1,000+ reviews for Ontrac in Denver alone) and stop using this shipping service. Customer service treats me horribly despite spending THOUSANDS of dollars with Sephora a year. I am taking my business to Ulta.

Yeah and apparently their free 2day shipping still costs money for Rouge, what a joke. And getting ahold of customer service is stupid af every reply I send some different person responds and none of them communicate because they all say different stuff. In non busy times of the year orders get to me typically within a week but it'd be nice if Rouge members actually got the benefits that they say we get. I mean heck with as much money we all spend to get to that level we deserve it. PS, Ulta is even worse products are almost always damaged in their packages plus the drugstore stuff they sell are marked up. Just go to a Freddy's or Walmart or target for that stuff cuz ulta overpriced the drug store stuff I was banned from my local Ulta for chewing out the manager over their own policy which I know for better then she did, I'm supposed to be getting a call from district mgr but haven't yet and it's been nearly 2mo since the incident. Anyways I'll remain a sephora customer and try not to order online (which I don't like to anyway for anywhere) but I'd almost rather drive 100 miles to the next nearest store to pick up than order online.
