Wondering if I missed the 15% off code? I spent well over $75 in the most recent promotion and still have not received my 15% off coupon code. The app sent me a notification that I qualified at the time but never received the code. Did I just miss it? I called CS and they explained that it basically is a raffle type system. You spend $75 for the “chance” at getting the discount. This is bad business as it’s very deceptive is this is truly the case. I’m less than $100 away from becoming rouge and have well over that sitting in my basket awaiting the discount.

I'm so frustrated too! I logged in and the promo code for the discount was on a pop up, but I didnt know I had once chance to copy it before shopping and filling my basket. After deciding what to buy, the pop up is gone and no way to know my 15% code, which I specifically spent more than $75 during the window it was promoted. Is the website messed up or is this a fraud pomotion?
Again, you haven’t given me a code and the things are in my basket. The promotion ended and you lost a sale and I lost the guaranteed promotion for buying a bunch of stuff a few weeks ago. Bad form.

My message was on this chain but in short, the code to get 15% showed up on my home screen (desk top) but after I put things in the cart, I could not find it anymore on the home page. How do I recover it before the end of the night and the 15% goes away?

I made two separate purchases over 75$ and have yet to receive the promo code via email. I have a cart full of items that I want but don’t need and find it very disappointing that customers are having to reach out to Sephora to receive their 15% discount code. Can someone assist me in retrieving the code??

Here’s the fine print. You should 100% get the code if you spent the 75$. That representative is giving false information apparently. I still haven’t received my code either though, and it seems like a lot are having an issue. Has anyone actually received one???

I am also upset with the advertising for this promotion. My friend and I both spent over 75 dollars between the dates mentioned in the promotional offer and we did not get a discount code. We have filled out checkout baskets waiting for the offer, but still nothing has arrived. With the amount that I spend at Sephora, I find this very disappointing and misleading. If you spend the amount, they should give EVERYONE the discount.
I refuse to make this purchase without the code.
Come on Sephora, you can do better.
