Spend $75 get 15% off later

Wondering if I missed the 15% off code? I spent well over $75 in the most recent promotion and still have not received my 15% off coupon code. The app sent me a notification that I qualified at the time but never received the code. Did I just miss it? I called CS and they explained that it basically is a raffle type system. You spend $75 for the “chance” at getting the discount. This is bad business as it’s very deceptive is this is truly the case. I’m less than $100 away from becoming rouge and have well over that sitting in my basket awaiting the discount.

Same for me. I spend the $75 and never receive the email with the coupon code. Sephora team didn’t help. It’s really upsetting. Can someone help?
