Someone Else Using Old Sephora Account?

Hi there,

So I had a Sephora account many many years ago that was tied to an old email address I rarely use these days but still access periodically just in case. I was checking the emails in it and saw a Sephora receipt for a purchase I hadn't made about 2 days ago. This particular account was set-up 10-ish years ago and remained dormant for a long time. I totally forgot about it honestly and already have an active account under a different email/different phone number. Whomever is using the account has been making in-store purchases using it since May 2023. I do have a common name but since it's happened 3 times in 3 months and all within cities around where I used to live it seems very intentional.

I changed the email address and the password, but just in case I was hoping I could get the other account closed.
