So frustrated.

I haven’t been getting any of the samples with my orders! The last two orders I made I havnt received any even though it shows in my order summary they were shipped out. I know they are just free samples but I make sure to reach the 25 or 35 dollar mark to make sure I get those samples then to not even get them is very frustrating. I like having them to be able to choose if I want full size because I don’t have a Sephora near me. I emailed them about it but no response!

Don't feel bad. I'm Rouge and I want samples for the same reason. Honestly, it's probably why I actually buy so much product, because I get to try it first.

Same here!! I had one order that came with no samples, one that came with the wrong ones, and the another one was the flash shipping and I've been waiting for nine days!! I wrote to Sephora and they didn't answered me and when I called the customer service was terrible!!

Definitely starting to shopping at Ulta now.

Same issue here. 50% of my orders come with no samples at all. Plus, they rarely use my flash 2 day shipping I PAY for anymore. I'm about fed up enough to start shopping at just Ulta and Dermstore. Sephora needs to get their act together.

Wow. I thought I just had the terrible luck of picking things that quickly went out of stock. But I guess Sephora’s customer service is lacking.

Same! Why even offer a choice! It kinda annoys me. Especially with how much money I spend, you think they could toss in the samples I actually wanted.

Same here! The only benefit of ordering online verses going to the store (for me) is the addition of samples and i was so disappointed that I did not receive any when I ordered last week. I understand order volume is high with the holiday shopping but it is annoying never the less!

I thought it was just a fluke that i wasn't getting samples but i guess i am not alone. It show that samples shipped but the box is empty of samples. Very disappointing.

Right. Why bother asking us what we want. Honestly I always got the samples I wanted prior to this holiday season. Why is this holiday so difficult for Sephora all of a sudden? Did they forget Christmas was coming? Treat your loyal customers right Sephora. You are not the only makeup company. Waiting weeks and weeks for packages. Wrong samples. What is the problem? Hire more people with your big tax corporate windfall you are about to get! Lol

I've given up expecting the samples I order. I have never gotten them. The last several times I have ordered, I either get no samples or completely different ones.

My last order came with two perfume samples which I never ever choose and not the two foundation samples I chose. It also came with some setting spray which I also did not choose but am not quite as upset about. I really do not like that they are always trying to shove perfumes at us. I never ever wear perfume but one of our playbox items is always a perfume and it seems like more than half of the choices of samples is a perfume item. For someone who hates perfumes and is never going to buy any, You Sephora are only hurting yourself. Because many times I get something as a sample and later end up buying the full size. But give me perfume samples and they are going right in the trash. (I was giving them to my daughters every time but they have politely asked me to stop. They don’t want them either.)

I was having the same issues and contacted Sephora. I went through chat, telephone service and eventually reached out to corporate. They ended up sending me the larger samples at no cost. You should reach out to them, hopefully they are able to help you.
