So frustrated.

I haven’t been getting any of the samples with my orders! The last two orders I made I havnt received any even though it shows in my order summary they were shipped out. I know they are just free samples but I make sure to reach the 25 or 35 dollar mark to make sure I get those samples then to not even get them is very frustrating. I like having them to be able to choose if I want full size because I don’t have a Sephora near me. I emailed them about it but no response!

same here. the last two orders of mine i hav received samples that i didn’t even pick and i was hoping to receive the ones i picked to see if i want to commit to full size. seems like they’re just sending out random samples with orders
