Six orders, two samples. TWO out of 18!

This is getting old! Surely you know one of the main reasons we shop with you over Ulta etc is the samples? It's unacceptable for this to happen so frequently, to soooo many people. Evidently Sephora learned nothing from the lawsuit that resulted from cheating customers out of points, so now you cheat us out of the samples. And it doesn't help for you to tell me that I can get samples at my local store - - I know this. It doesn't excuse you. My "local" store is 30 minutes away, and they don't carry much of what I see in samples I want to try. If I ordered lipstick and you ran out so you sent me mascara instead, would that be ok? Of course not. Giving us different samples after we select what we want is bad enough (surely you've heard of inventory management?), but giving us nothing at all is ridiculous. You promise three samples with every order. Keep your promise.

Same exact issue here. SIX orders I placed in December. Not one with samples. The best they could do was give points.. which was very frustrating when I planned to use samples as stocking stuffers! Unfortunately it seems the customer service team doesn’t take lack of samples seriously.

What good would that do? I'm seriously asking. I've gotten three more orders since this post, and ZERO samples. Clearly your policy for providing samples has changed and your site and emails are now riddled with false advertising.
