Signed up with phone for a 10% off but

Hi, so I am from Ontario, in Canada. I can’t seem to use the code that I have signed up for now that I am trying.

Till yesterday it was showing fine, and I was able to add it, I was just saving the code for my next paycheque but now I can’t add it as it says it’s only for select BI members?

can someone please help me?

ps not sure if that’s happening bc of the countrywide internet problem?

And I remember it was valid till August 31, if I am not wrong!!!
