I have been a rogue member for several years and make several online orders. Normally delivery is fast, efficient and with Canada post . This past week, I made 3 separate orders. All 3 orders had issues. Sephora is now using T-force as shipping company. The first order was delivered, on a random table in my apt foyer, I did not receive any notification etc. I just happened to go check the mail. The package was extremely warm.- assuming not kept in air conditioned car etc. I am afraid this make impact the formulas. The second and third package when tracked, said that they could not be delivered. I called TForce customer service and they said they would escalate. I got a blocked call from the driver, telling me to come pick it up in Burnaby. I said, I could not and he said, then it will be delivered on Monday. I ordered the products for sn event today and tomorrow and now I will not have them in time. This is ridiculous. Also,I do not trust that my packages will be kept in a cool environment and if they will just be taken home with the random driver. If Sephora continues to use Tforce then I will ni longer be placing orders. Even if you check online, their reviews are horrible. Average 1* rating. How long dies make up spoil in the heat? Such an inconvenience and not the experienceI expect from Sephora!
