Shipping thru Fedex issues

Has anyone had issues with Sephora shipping thru FedEx ? For example if your not home to accept the package Sephora does not allow for rerouting of the package to a FedEx pickup location . Has anyone had this issue and is there a reason why this service exist with them. Any other products I order from other companies that use FedEx if I’m not available I can reroute but with Sephora not an option.

Yes! I have this same issue! I called FedEx and they were not helpful. One time a customer service rep told me holding it at a FedEx location was not an option because the shipper didn’t make it an option. And another time, they said they would hold it at my preferred FedEx location, but then it was still delivered to my home. So, talking to FedEx as the Sephora website suggests is useless.
