Shipment

Hi, I ordered online and my estimated shipment date is 10/26. I do not understand why it is so far out when that is an extra 10 days beyond the longest estimated time I was provided when ordering. My second order hasn’t even been shipped. Please help, I would have gone into the store if I knew it would take 2+ weeks to get my order.
