Shipment yet to arrive and my later order has already partly arrived!

Hi, 

My online order I submitted on May 27th and shipped May 31st was supposedly out for delivery since June 4th and a delivery attempt on June 2nd, but still hasn't arrived. 

Another online order I did on June 4th has already partly arrived so I have no idea what has happened?!

I have put through a number of online orders before and this is the first time this has happened...

An update on when my shipment will arrive would be greatly appreciated.
