Sephora visa credit card is a scam

Do not get this card, it is a scam. The card will not let you redeem your rewards, and it just let's them expire. The credit card services cannot seem to fix this issue, which completely negates the whole point of the credit card. The bank is def sketchy. I plan on canceling my card.
