Sephora refusing refund for one item out of my return

Posting this because I’m fed up with Sephoras service recently. I returned an order and all the products were unused and perfectly fine. I got my refund $60 less than it should be and they told me that the return team is refusing one of the items (milk makeup setting spray) because it was received "damaged" the agent was rude and provided no proof of "damage” and told me sorry go talk to the courier. Extremely disappointed and I don’t want to have to dispute this charge and possibly be blacklisted. Advice?
