Sephora received my return but won't process a refund

Title says it all. I sent back my order to Sephora, and even got the email that they received all of my items at their warehouse. Fast forward a whole month and 8 days later, they only have returned the money for 3 out of the 14 items received. BE VERY CAREFUL when you return the products. If you call their customer service, they tell you to email the customer service email, but when you email, they send confusing emails where it's obvious nobody knows what they're doing on the back-end. Scammers - literally lost over $400 worth of stuff and all i can do is beg them over email to see my whole entire case. So messed up, I can't believe people buy from here when there's such a huge risk and their customer service is despicable! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I would buy from the companies directly if I were ever to need products.
