Sephora promotional emails

I have a been a member for decades so I’m not new to Sephora. But this is the first time I have posted a message in an effort to try a different way to get help.  I have spoken with customer service time & time again regarding the sudden stop of any promotional emails from Sephora. It has been since 11/23.  No emails regarding VIB, special events, digital events, sales, products etc. Even if I sign up or out and back up again.   I have followed all instructions to add Sephora email addresses, check junk mail etc. numerous times.  Nothing changes. I do receive order emails, back in stock emails, emails about items left in my cart and just purchased (price drop, tips, etc).  And of course I receive emails from customer service and Sephora credit card as well.  I have missed a bunch of offers, sales and events.  Im sure Sephora is tired of my phone calls, email, chats and text messages.  I throw my hands up….I just don’t know what else to do.
