Sephora package hasn’t arrived when the app said it has been delivered?

So I ordered from Sephora on Monday and was expecting to receive my package today, but I looked on the porch and in the mailbox to find nothing. Is there a possible way to resolve this issue or perhaps get a refund?

I've recently have been dealing with package thieves in my area. I will tell you the same advice my mom gave me. Forward your packages to the local pickup destination. Since, Sephora (mainly) ships via UPS, you can redirect all of your future UPS packages going to your address to a nearby UPS Store, from your online UPS account. That way, strangers aren't benefiting from your hard earned money and you'll have to show your ID for them to make sure it's YOU getting it. Don't be like me. I didn't put my foot down until the 10th occurrence. I know it's annoying that you have to spend time and gas going somewhere just to get your stuff, but at least you are getting your stuff and not strangers who would end up selling it online for full price!!!!! Speaking of which, I'm actually picking up my Sephora package tomorrow from the UPS Store. LOL! *Best Wishes pooh*

Thank you, I'll consider taking that approach because I'm always scared of getting packages stolen(hopefully this isn't the case). I wonder why Sephora can't ship their products in envelopes lined with bubble wrap inside for the smaller purchases. Especially since it could fit in the mailbox which prevent thieves from taking it off the porch.
