Sephora is refusing refund on returned order due a dispute on another order

I ordered several items (order 1) off sephora canada and then returned all the items 2 days after receiving it and was told I will receive a refund once my they received my return. 2 weeks later, I ordered another order (order 2) however, this order never reached me. I was going back and forth with sephora but they kept denying a refund or replacement. I had no choice but to dispute the transaction and after a month, the dispute was resolved in my favor. At this point I had emailed sephora more than 10 times about order 1 since they confirmed with me they had received the return. They said due to dispute not being resolved, the refund will not be issued. I've been waiting for this refund for more than 2 months now and they still won't give me updates. I am tempted to this this to social media since this is outrageous, not receiving a refund on a return they clearly confimed they recieved. I'm not even sure they're planning on refunding this returned order at this point. I started a paypal dispute so we'll see how that goes. Very disappointed and frustrated at sephora. especially when I've been shopping with them for last 6 years as a rouge member.
