Sephora gift card glitch

Hi,

I was just about to check out online, punched in my gift card, but my Credit card declined so I asked my boyfriend to use his on his computer..and now my gift card balance is $0... I was trying to use this for the last day of 20% off but now I can't and I lost a $55 value gift card..

I hope you can track this glitch because it sucks. Calling customer service right now but I hope i can get a reply here if they cannot resolve it.

They will reinstate the amount of the giftcard in full at customer service. This happened to me once as well!
