Sephora credit card

Hi. I used my sephora credit card reward back in November 240$ but one of my item was out of stock and they said they will refund my reward next billing statement and I still didn’t get it. Unfortunately yesterday I used my 40$ credit card reward again for another order and forget to add more items so cancelled and reordered them but couldn’t find my reward anymore. Tried to contact both customers service several times they sending to each other back and forth it’s so frustrating. I never had such a issue with any other credit card company nor retailers. Tell me if you had similar problems and how you were able to resolve them. Thank you

@akherke, I'm sorry about this! Regretfully, we do not have any access to Sephora credit card account information or reward activity. However, if you believe your rewards have not posted in a timely manner, you may dispute their Reward balance (“Reward Dollars Dispute”) by calling 1-866-841-5037 (Sephora Visa) 1-866-864-7787 (Sephora Visa Signature), 1-866-702-9946 (Sephora Credit Card).
