Sephora credit card

I am trying to make a purchase using my Sephora credit card. The card has been activated and I have full credit available to spend. Every time I go to check out and click place order using my Sephora credit card info it gives me an error. It says check make sure info is correct all charges have been reversed. 
I called customer support and was told my card works but I cannot not use it. The rep said there is nothing that can be done or anyone to talk to that can help me figure out why this issue is. I asked if that meant I have a credit card that works but I can’t use it and there’s nothing to be done about it. He confirmed with replying “yes”. It’s very frustrating and I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue before? What can be done?

Cannot checkout with Sephora credit card online 🙄

This continues to happen to me. I haven’t been able to checkout with my Sephora card online for months. I’m able to use my card in store so it’s clearly active. It’s frustrating to have applied for this card, be accepted and not be able to use it, especially during a sale. I’ve missed out on many rewards having to pay with another card. 🤬

I’m going to call as you’ve advised but I am doubting there’s anything they can do. The issue seems to be with the online system and not the card itself. I can use the card in store. I also want to note there’s so many posts similar to mine. It was also difficult to find a way to make a post which is why I replied to someone else’s post. Lastly, I placed an order online (using another form of payment) and wasn’t able to choose a pick up location. These are system issues that aren’t being addressed.
