Sephora credit card payment error

I keep getting a "payment error" when I try to check out online using my sephora credit card. It says my payment could not be processed and asks me to verify that my card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address are correct. Which I have checked and yes they are. I tried removing the card and re-entering everything in, and it still doesn't work. I have never gotten this error message before, so I don't understand what the problem is. I am hoping a sephora employee can try to process my order for me. My closest sephora is 40+ min away so not being able to shop online is super inconvenient.

I know this post is old but I have a similar problem! I've lost track of how many emails, chats & phone conversations I've had with Comenity reps. and no one has resolved the issue... It's honestly just so ridiculous, annoying and inconvenient that I'm unable to add my checking account info to pay my bill when I pay every single other bill I have from the same checking account...yet Comenity claims its "nothing on their end" and must be a problem with my bank. I'm literally just ready to cancel at this point.

I'm sorry about this! Can you please try saving the card to the "Payments" section of your account, then see if you're able to "select" it as the payment method at checkout? If the issue persists, please call 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) so we can further assist you.
