Sephora credit card payment error

I keep getting a "payment error" when I try to check out online using my sephora credit card. It says my payment could not be processed and asks me to verify that my card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address are correct. Which I have checked and yes they are. I tried removing the card and re-entering everything in, and it still doesn't work. I have never gotten this error message before, so I don't understand what the problem is. I am hoping a sephora employee can try to process my order for me. My closest sephora is 40+ min away so not being able to shop online is super inconvenient.
