Sephora charged me for an order that didn’t go through

So I was ordering a cream from my topicals and ass i went to check out it kept saying there was an error with my payment method. i’m on the plan so i thought maybe it was the service. So i finally gave up, come to find out that Sephora charged my card even thought it said there was an error in the payment. I never received a confirmation or order number either. how do i either get my money back or get what i paid for??
