Sephora app on Android Pie

Hi! Ever since I updated my S8+ to Pie, I've been unable to view videos in-app or do a live try-on. The app itself was updated once or twice (at least) after the system update, and nothing changed. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still the same. Can something be done about this issue?

After several updates and cache partition cleaning, I STILL can't play videos or enter the live try-on...

Yes, but that's not the same thing - there I have to upload a photo, and the other one (that I have issue with) is live try-on.
