Sephora Rewards Account not found and missing

Hello! I went shopping at a Sephora store the other day. I tried to submit my phone number AND email associated to my account and they couldn't find it. I went on today and noticed my email address is not found! I checked my email and see past orders and points/rewards from my Sephora account. Can someone please address this? I signed up for Sephora Rewards when it FIRST launched so losing my points is alarming!
