Sephora Credit card issues

I DO NOT recommend the Sephora Visa card.  I just got this card last month and have already has issues with the rewards and my payment.  The rewards i was issued didn't link to sephora i had to type in the voucher from my statement only to get the message "already been redeemed"  which i haven't redeemed.  I paid the balance through my Credit union last week and it has not posted to my account and i have called many numbers and no one can help with either issue.  I was told by Comenity that they dont take electronic payments which is NOT accurate so the employees don't know what they are talking about or how to do their job.  I even tried to provide the trace# so they could find my payment only to be blown off.  I already prefer to shop at Ulta because they offer better rewards and customer service and truly regret opening this account.  I have waisted hours on the phone and got nowhere.  My credit union has provided me all information needed to prove the payment was received electronically but they tell me they have no way to search it?!?!   Sephora you are gonna lose a valuable customer.

Same thing happened to me. Its been 2 month's that their "system update" is not allowing people to use the card and rewards auto deeming itself! Comenity bank is a joke and no one at the call center knows what they're doing other than blame the system updating.

I’m already looking into canceling the card, I haven’t even been able to register it the last two months I’ve had because Everytime I call their systems are down, being updated, or the Sephora card specifically is having issues. I’m so done with this, I haven’t even been able to use it.

I made a payment of the total balance thru my credit union and have documented evidence that they have my money and all they can say is we dont have a payment posted for you...at this point I'm worried they will report it to my credit report as missing when it was paid.  It should not be this hard to get help but apparently they are unable to help anyone.  Ive worked at a bank for many years and this is not how you handle customers.  SO DISAPOINTED!!  Completely regret opening this card.
