Sephora Credit Card Issues

I'm reaching out here as I've spent the past two hours speaking with Comenity Bank and Sephora and got nothing resolved. I also got disconnected two times and spoke with the laziest supervisors (Jerry 688062 and Victor at Comenity) who wanted to just pass things along to Sephora. 

 

Plain and simple the only reason I opened a Sephora CC was to get the additional 25% off first purchase. I spoke with multiple Sephora representatives who all stated I would receive the discount on the item before opening the card. So when I received my statement, NO discount was given. One supervisor (Jerry) with Comenity bank stated to contact Sephora as it's not their issue and the other Victor stated to wait two account statements and file a dispute as he's in Mexico and can't help. Both I'm sure are incorrect. All I want to do is pay off the correct balance with the discount and not get charged any interest. Is there anyone at Sephora that can help or put me in touch with the right people? Comenity bank was terrible and the Sephora reps I spoke to only kept transferring me back to them. 

 

This is not the way I want to spend the holidays. I will return the item and purchase elsewhere if Sephora doesn't honor their 25% discount. Thanks and someone please help.
