Sephora Credit Card Account Registration unavailable

Comenity is a JOKE, just check their ratings on BBB. How does Sephora have a credit card with this company?! I had a lot of issues with the temporary card and now that I have my real credit card, I can’t register for a new account to pay my bill and set up autopay. Comenity says ‘New registrations temporarily unavailable’ for weeks now. I’ve never heard of that in my life. They even address it in their FAQ!! Well they don’t address it, they just tell you it’s not an option to create an account for your new credit card. LOL.  Is this a joke? They don’t want consumers signing up and being able to pay their bill on time and must want you to forget to pay or something, racking up fees and interest? What an incredibly predatory and shady practice! This card has been sketchy since the moment I was approved. I’m paying it off via ‘guest pay’ and closing it ASAP. Sephora should be ashamed for allowing this.

Same situation, I opened this credit card in April 2023, and registration has been down since then. It definitely does feel intentional and predatory. I haven't had a bill in 10 years not on autopay. How has it been over 3 months without even being able to create an account? Sephora needs to apply pressure and get this solved.

Same thing here! I got a new card and couldn't even use it, it kept getting declined and they said it's because they put a fraud hold after I opened it up and used it the first time. I still cant register my card to make payments. I will not use this card until I can register it. Seems like a poorly ran credit card company and I have many cards and never have had these problems.

I have the exact same problem!!! how can i see what i am paying for??? it is ridiculous that i cant even see the amount of $ i owe online and from what dates. i am cancelling as well
