Sephora Affiliate US Program

I'm trying to join the affiliate program through rakuten but only sephora AUS and BR are showing and not the US sephora. 

Can anyone help?

I'm already with Rakuten and I'm having the same issue, that Sephora USA is not coming up on their list of advertisers. Please can someone let me know how to apply?

Thank you, but first, this link is broken; and the one that you have on your website requires a sign up with Rakuten, which I'm already approved by/partner with.

I don't know why I can't find Sephora US in the program; only Sephora AU and BR returned by the search.
