I am VIB and entered the code "SAVINGS" into my basket online, but it keeps saying "Must be logged into BI, VIB, Rouge Beauty Insider account to redeem this offer". I am signed into my VIB account when entering the code, and I am within the date range of 11/5 - 11/11. I added screenshots of the error and my account.
Any suggestions?
