Samples

So I love to order online, but I can't recall a time when I have chosen my 3 free samples (and they rarely have things I want since, the makeup samples especially, usually comes in colors that are far too dark for my skin tone) and have gotten ANY of the 3 I chose. I get a random mish-mash of whatever they throw in the box and once I got no samples at all! (Yes, I did choose some). I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem? I just don't see the point in offering specific samples that I can choose to get, but then I don't get what I've asked for.

Hi @TeresaRN I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been receiving the samples you chose. Regretfully, if the samples you choose are out of stock in the distribution center that is processing your order, we do have to make substitutions.

The last two times I have ordered stuff online I received no samples as well, not even a substitution.

Same here - nothing the last 2 times. I don’t mind no samples if that’s what I am expecting, but offering samples creates an expectation that you will get at least something... Hence the disappointed customers.
