Samples missing?

I have had at least (AT LEAST) 5 orders that I did not receive my requested samples for.The only reason I buy Sephora at certain times is because of the samples that are available. This is really frustrating! Has anyone had this happen to them?

This has also just happened to me. Same with you it was 5+ orders in one tracking no.
