It seems this is not a new situation, unfortunately. Has anyone actually had any luck intervening between Sephora and third party? My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but it was not. Just got done chatting with Customer Service. Essentially, little to no help. Said they couldn't cancel it on their end, but I don't see why not especially if the order is still sitting at the store. Has anyone actually been able to cancel their orders? Or how many days are people expected to wait for "same-day delivery"? And then of course, I used 500 points to get $10 off. If cancelled, do I get those points back?

@beestmode I'm sorry for the delay! I regret we aren't able to cancel it for you, however if it is not shipped within 2 days it should cancel on its own and any points used will be returned to your account.
